  主要研究方向是蛋白质化学与合成生物学。包括：基于生物/化学以及人工智能技术，发展生物正交反应新策略，用于离体/在体蛋白质结构修饰及功能重构；基于新型筛选和进化技术，快速获得蛋白药物子和新型正交反应酶等定制功能蛋白质；生物正交反应驱动的抗体和细胞药物开发。近年来以通讯作者在J Am Chem Soc, Angew Chem Int Ed, Chem, Sci Adv, Nat Protoc等期刊发表研究成果40余篇，作为课题负责人获得赢博娱乐官方下载手机版登录基金委优秀青年基金、基金委重大研究计划培育项目、面上项目和科技部重点研发计划课题等基金资助。
